The three of them together added a new dimension to Grey's Anatomy. Reminds me of the Greek pantheon: Derek Shepherd as Zeus, Owen Hunt as Poseidon (shout out to Percy Jackson series), and Mark Sloan as Hades. The trio brought something different altogether. Miss them!

To be fair they never pretended it wasn't forced. It was part of the plot and their characters that they didn't really get each other but gradually managed to develop a small connection.
