I love seeing how Chloe especially has grown soooo much and so beautifully since 2005!! Much love and light and success to all members! 💖🌹💐🌷🌸🌺🌼🌻🌙✨
@@-jank-willson, I have watched as Chloe started with Celtic Woman when she was around 14 and blossomed into the beautiful lady she is. Chloe is the first lady singing in this video.
@@-jank-willson She was either 14 or 15 when she joined Celtic Woman (she was one of the original 5 members) in 2004 and her dad traveled with her as her guardian.
I would be happy if TLJ were featured more prominently, I wouldnt've even known they were in the audio if it hadn't said so. All I can hear is JD's beautiful bass voice faintly in the background. I'd have been thrilled if he had a solo singing bass.
The only thing that could make this video better is actually having the Longest Johns IN the video, not just their amazing voices but this video is simply beautiful regardless! I can't believe I actually get to see these ladies in concert this year for the first time!

I work in the entertainment industry, building concerts and events, and doing some technical work during shows. I was fortunate enough to be allowed to watch them Live in the U.S, and to be able to see the whole show before we had to tear it all down and send them on their way. It was a life-changing experience. I've been very unwell for a while and that moment made me so glad I've survived this long. I couldn't stop crying. It was surreal and GORGEOUS. Their crew were great, as well. Thank you, Celtic Woman, for being a balm on my weary soul, and for that stunning moment.
Celtic Woman was actually my gateway into folk music, and part of the reason why I fell in love with the Longest Johns when I first heard them. This collaboration is amazing!!!
one of my favorite songs! top songs on Postcards from Ireland: Beeswing, The Lakes of Pontchartrain, Wild Mountain Thyme, May It Be, While Sheep May Safely Graze, and The Calm of the Day/The Banshee.

So fine a breath of wind might blow her away
She was a lost child, but she was runnin' wild
She said as long as there's no price on love I'll stay

Like a fox caught in the headlights, there was animal in her eyes
She said, you man, oh can't you see, I'm not the factory kind

Oh, she was a rare thing, fine as a bee's wing
So fine a breath of wind might blow her away

We could tinker rummers and pots and knives wherever we went
And I said that we might settle down, get a few acres dug
A fire burning in the hearth and babies on the rug
She said, oh man, you foolish man, that surely sounds like hell
You might be lord of half the world, you'll not own me as wellOh, she was a rare thing, fine as a bee's wing
So fine a breath of wind might blow her away

She said as long as there's no price on love I'll stay
And you wouldn't want me any other wayWe were campin' down the Gower one time, the work was pretty good
She thought we shouldn't wait for the frost and I thought maybe we should
We were fighting more in those days, our tempers reached a pitch
And like a fool I let her run, with the rambling itchOh, she was a rare thing, fine as a bee's wing
So fine a breath of wind might blow her away
She was a lost child, but she was runnin' wild
She said as long as there's no price on love I'll stay
And you wouldn't want me any other wayShe said as long as there's no price on love I'll stay

I was 19 👍RT original lyrics
They were burning babies, not pages, in the original.
For whatever reason, this version ends a little early. Richard Thompson's concluding verses:
Oh the last I heard she's sleeping rough
Back on the Derby beat
White Horse in her hip pocket
And a wolfhound at her feet
And they say she even married once
A man named Romany Brown
But even a gypsy caravan
Was too much settling down
And they say her flower is faded now
Hard weather and hard booze
But maybe that's just the price you pay
For the chains you refuse
Oh she was a rare thing, fine as a bee's wing
And I miss her more than ever words could say
If I could just taste all of her wildness now
If I could hold her in my arms today
Well I wouldn't want her any other way
