Unfortunately, the Y cable for connecting the LED and fan was missing from my case package. Does anyone have an idea how many volts the LEDs have?
I also can't find the place where the door contacts are plugged in. Are there any experts here?

Hello, can you cut a toolbox foam as well on this laser? EVA foam or XPE foam.. What would be a max thickness of the foam to cut through with nice cut quality? Thank you

I haven't tried foam with this machine to know exactly what thickness it can cut yet, but diode lasers like this can certainly cut (colored) foam cleanly. Generally, you'll need 1W of power for every mm of foam thickness.

Its not hard to design a box-addon that can incorporate an On/Off switch for the Evac Blower as well as a relay switch that picks up the Laser "on" signal to turn on the the Evac Blower. That would solve your issue. I already have a 108 watt CO2 laser or I'd pick this one up. Great video. Cheers!

Forgot to mention, sorry. Only for engraving from what I could tell.

i am looking to get one but that is a lot of money i would like to see how well the frame and all that is built

Just showed you. Made with aluminum extrusions. Square, doesn't rack under normal use. More than strong enough. But it's not a cnc router, either. The only load a laser needs to withstand is its own weight.
