Welcome to a post completion review of one of my recently finished diamond painting kits, "Sweet Dreams" from Diamond Artisan Shop and artist Elora Pautrat. Diamond Artisan is a new shop in the diamond painting world and I was so excited to see the gorgeous artwork they've licensed, and picked this kit up right away to try out!
** A quick note: the kit in this video was from the first run and has acrylic round drills. Current and future versions of this kit will come with resin rounds drills.

Very cute and serene, however I agree the rendering could have had more care. The little character on the windowsill is very pixilated compared to the artwork, and it definitely looks big enough to have been clearer. Like you say, they've probably already addressed this, but worth a mention 😊
Thanks Katie. This is such a sweet and soft kit and it turned out really nice. So nice that they company has already dealt with the few small issues that you had.
Ok so as far as lofi vibes go I think I have an explanation??
Lofi got popular with the chilled cow (now Lofi girl) stream here on RUclips. The stream got so popular that the person that started it actually has a music label. Most of that album artwork is in this style. Animated cartoon style with a cozy yet neon color scheme. It’s usually a room like this with some little hidden decor which originated again with the Lofi girl stream.

Lo-Fi is an Instagram filter, that is what it reminded me of when you used that term. Still not sure how to describe it though!!
Hi Katie, I hope your day is going well. I just finished the Distracted by Diamonds version of Puffy Gators ‘Halloween Kitty’ and I noticed the same thing with those drills, flared bases. Wasn’t a big problem but seemed to be worse with the very dark colors. I wonder now if it was an older kit or the type of drills they use?
