The thing I respect the most about Junsu is that, even-though he has a relatively limited range compared to many other singers in K-pop and musical artists , his will, determination and hard work made him surpass the natural limits and be there where some other naturally gifted artist couldn't reach ! He's got supernatural stamina and ability to adapt to any musical genre he feels passionate about, and gave a new feeling to musicals I was so afraid when I first learned he chose this path but then he blew me away!
@@BreakfastML Yes he does have a limited range. Nothing bad about it. Junsu is one of my favourite singers, but yes he does have a limited range. A limited range doesn't mean a small range btw but it's just smaller compared to most singers. However he absolutely rocks anything in his range.
@@caeserzeppeli9230 agree with your comment. His range is ok, but not THAT huge. However his passion when he's on stage always blows me. Being a great singer/performer doesn't mean having a huge range, but, besides the singing technique, how you'll manage to convey the emotion and make the performance epic. And about that, Junsu is always at 300%. And that's what matters. 13 years later I still don't regret being a fan. Still my number 1~ And his sweet husky voice. How lucky we are to be born on that time !!
This performance is so inspiring. I also really love the lyrics. But his voice....DAMN! I also like, that he's singing the parts of Rudolph and the Death. It must be very hard. Love from Germany!
Junsu, You are: Fire, burning bright, unfazed by the wind of dissent. Thunder wreaking havoc on a dissapidated sea. Eyes, the hue of passion unconstrained. A man among men, a being divine. And I fear none, when calling you a king sitting on a height dizzing.
He's always been amazing...but I honestly think after performing in the musicals that he has, he's developed his singing technique soooooooo well. When it comes to belting out, I mean. Like if you look at some of the videos of him singing from before (Heaven by JYJ, for instance) he at least *looks* like he's straining himself. Could just be some of the videos I saw...But then you have this and like hot dang. I'm amazed at the power behind his vocals. Anyway just my thoughts. I don't know too much about singing but it's just what i've noticed up from watching a lot of his videos.
I don't think you're at all mistaken and as someone who sings and has performed, I found that I learned much more about my voice, my singing and the best techniques and ways to improve my vocals, was through musicals. They teach you a lot, you learn a lot. I agree with you completely.
How did he manage to sing the whole musical is a mystery to me. He seems to be really struggling. But he's one of the hottest guys to ever play death so he has that going for him.

I’m sorry but limited range? I just... 😅 no.

THIS. MAN'S. VOICE. IS. GOD'S. GIFT. TO. THE. WORLD!
Only Junsu can sing a musical duet on his own and still make it amazing XD

Love from Germany!

Singing a duet as a solo? Wow, power move. This is why I love Junsu.
He has grown to be a spectacular artist. I love how he's now introducing himself as Musical Actor, Kim Junsu. He's practically a legend at this point.
He owns the stage... wow

Its tiring and he probably needed to breathe. The throat gets strained easily
Me gusta como la canta Junsu pero igual me encanta la versión Japonesa con Shirota Yu 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Do you have or know where I can get the bootleg of the show with English subtitles?
