Let me, quickly, go 1 step deeper to all this amazing info. Intuition and urgency are directly correlated to one's perceived threat/satisfaction levels. Let me explain... If you high all the time or spend all day on socials or eat terribly most meals, your body and your subconscious have no reason to try at ANYTHING. One gets more than enough comfort, dopamine, etc... from one's shitty habits. And whether or not you "choose" to be aware, reactive, and urgent, your body and brain won't allow it. Being great at something largely starts with other seemingly unrelated habits.
This may sound crazy, but another amazing tip is to get good sleep. When you sleep, that's when skills actually improve. Now when you're practicing something, you are strengthening your neural pathways, but it's only when you sleep that your skill really improves. So, you gotta prioritize sleep. If you do that on top of everything this man said, your progress will skyrocket. I say this from personal experience.

Aim train, vod review (both fights and scrims), play creative against challenging players. If you need help mechanically you should freebuild and practice moves your favorite pro does, if you lack the fundamentals of piece control then raider464’s piece control practice map v3 is great. This is honestly all you need to do to get decent at this game.
Im having problem that in end this season people are staggering when i get max pull and when i go they insta go after me and shoots my back with gatekeeper and combat and i dont think its timing because when ever i go there is someone shooting my back.. idk how to fix when i vod i see 3boxes people sitting cones more front than me just waiting..
I would say that the problem was maybe before that already, maybe you made a mistake earlier in the game which led to a inescapable situation. Try to rewatch the replay a bit earlier. Hope this helps!

Alot of factors play in , like sleep , mood , working out , drinking water , and diet , and I'm not saying you should go crazy with the diet , but don't get too much sugar or too much carbs or atheist keep them 2 hrs before a tournament , BTW this varies from one person to another so if you feel a bit drowsy it's probably cus of carbs or sugars

Mentality also plays a role. Are you emotional while playing? If so that is likely the cause of inconsistency.
