Excellent, thank you Larry
I love these videos. Thank you Larry and Zhanna.
Your are very welcome thank you for the support
Awesome information...been watching your videos ..one after another....really want to get started on growing micro greens....learning as much as possible first..
Thank you, enjoy
Another great video Larry! Thanks so much.. I'm using your techniques in South Central Vietnam!
AWESOME, love it PURE IS WORLDWIDE
Watching this Grow Along again. I'm about to try growing Borage for my first time. I'm excited. I'm hoping it willbe one of the micros I offer on my sales list. Thanks for sharing how you grow yours.
You are very welcome thank you for the support
Thanks for your videos! I have a question about the the days after the seeding.... why it's important that the seeds are covered by something? Would it be a problem if they were lighted from the first day on?
Thanks for all the videos & expertise Larry.... where do I get the two silver pans and the insert used for seeding the pads? Thankyou !
I got mine on www.webstaurantstore.com
Thanks for another great vid! Why did you get out of growing mini greens and lettuce? Was it a poor market for them, or the time or difficulty involved in growing such crops?
Thank you, the ROI (return on investment) much better in the microgreen business
Thank you for your time and effort in providing so much information. I do appreciate you! Do the pads expand as they absorb the water or do they hold their dry shape? I'm getting ready to cut my first pads.
They get thicker
Thank you!
Love your videos Larry. Can you do one on how you calculate your cost and return on investment?
Thank you for the support, yes we will put it on the list
Where can I find the list. Looking at come down some time to see you. What is a good time of year to travel, and are there places you like people to stay at.
Please email me for more information larry@city-hydro.com
Hey Larry love your show’s I watch them all very informative, one question tho we’re can I get those hydro spacers from?, do you sell it an if so how much

Hi Larry! Looking to get into this and the videos and documentation have been very helpful. One question. Why do you measure your seeds out in terms of volume instead of by weight? 100 ml versus X grams or ounces? It seems that some will always fall off and you don't bother to add them back onto the pads you measured the seeds out for so the exact amount doesn't seem to matter a whole lot. Is there a reason for it or is this a "it's always what I've done" thing? It makes it hard to estimate production costs when I can't convert your amounts to a 5 or 10 pound bag of seed and how long that will last. Thanks!
Using the mil method is more effective for our growers
Great video Larry. I have never heard of Borage. What type of restaurant is Bygone? What are some good uses for Borage that might help knowing who to offer this type of microgreen to?
Bygone is a very high end restaurant about $150.00-$200.00 for 2 GREAT food. Borage taste like sweet cucumber works great on ceviche, salads and makes a great infuser for vodka (video on that coming ;-) )
WHAT IS THE CHEMICAL YOU USE TO SANITIZE SPRAYER?
Should the cilantro be the same 70mil per 4 pads? Mine never germinated and started to actually grow mold. Maybe it's because I have the whole seeds and not the split?
We have a cilantro grow-a-long on facebook facebook.com/farmercityhydro/posts/2097817183783787
Just to get this straight; So the pads you're using are already wet due to the 'pad preparation', and then you use them as shown here?
Never mind. I just saw your 'Watering and Seeding' video. Thanks!
Do you use H2O2 with Water or pure? 3%
@@city-hydropuremicrogreenst1701 Wow, this answer came fast. Thank you guys. Dont know if I can get exatly these, I'm here in Germany. But I understand right: You dont mix this with Water? You sanitize with the pure H2O2?
Greets from Germany ✌️
Where do you get your borage seeds?
Johnnys TrueLeaf also has them
Thanks Larry! Where can I find those seeding and watering trays? What size are they?

Why not just soak the entire mat and then spread the seeds?
We do soak the pads please see our pad preperation video
@@city-hydropuremicrogreenst1701 I understand this, but can you just soak them completely, put them in a tray and then sow the seeds? You only do this in order to preserve the fallen seeds?
Hi Larry. Is the Hydrogen Peroxide you use to spray the tray with (to clean the tray) diluted with water, or is it 100% Hydrogen Peroxide? Thanks.
3% at 100% - We use 3% hydrogen peroxide from McKesson they use a high grade stabilizer and we are using for sanitation purposes not to drink thus we fell there are no issues with the stabilizer concern of using an industrial grade peroxided www.amazon.com/McKesson-Hydrogen-Peroxide-Solution-Bottle/dp/B076CRRC68/ref=sr_1_9_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1524052039&sr=8-9&keywords=hydrogen+peroxide
35% Hydrogen peroxide is extremely corrosive and a strong oxidizer. It can cause severe burns. Handle with care and keep out of reach of children. The vapor is extremely irritating. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and hair. Do not take internally. For fire or spill flood with water immediately. Toxic or fatal if swallowed at full strength.
