If i own this, I will convert the outbuilding into an artist studio(pottery) that includes drying rack, display room with lounge, and an office...The middle part with olive will be covered for a greenhouse, the olive will be retained probably uprooted and potted that will look like a bonsai, the greenhouse will contain succulents and cacti from different parts of the world.
