“Near perfect read from Kenny Tran…” this phrase is not doing him justice… the read was as PERFECT as it gets!
Agreed
Idk how Tf he did that 😂😂
@@ephraimlucious2851 Guessing Bob's hand is easy enough he led out the whole way which meant he was not afraid of a 10....could only be pocket 9s......the only people calling that 12k raise on the flop are people with tens.....now since Antonio folded it made it feel likely Durr had a strong kicker for his 10......that's how you can make reads against strong poker players.....with bums that play just any two.....ya can't too much
@@ianburns2436 never thought of it like that and that's why i suck at poker
@@ianburns2436 how much have you won dickhead
"Kenny Tran's wrong" - this buddy can't believe that he's like an open book to these pros and visibly salty that he didn't get paid
dunno if he's like an open book, he played standard enough.
It's a really nice read, but not impossible. He can tell by Antonio's play that he almost certainly has a weak 10 -- his agonized fold on turn makes this very likely. Tom's play looks like a better 10 that's not a full boat. Safai is obviously not afraid of a 10 right from the start -- only hand that fits the bill is 99. When all the players at a table are quality & there's enough action to make bluffs unlikely - esp in a multiway hand; hand ranges become quite defined.
damn kenny tran with the mind reading
*soul reading
It's only cause of the time spent by the players which happens after the final bet. If dwan was stronger its an insta call, if dwan is weak or has missed draw then its insta fold. Only a Ten makes sense. Anthonyo's painful fold shows he also has a ten.
Great read from Kenny
And he RIP from high stakes
ha h ah aha "Kenny Trans' wrong!" sorry Bob. Kenny's never wrong.
He was wrong.. he didn't have 3 9s, he had 9s full
@@micklen25 OK.
@@micklen25 ................................................ thank you for commenting the obvious we all saw
@@micklen25 Kenny actually said Bob had "pocket nines". So no surprise here, but Kenny Tran was right on the money!
Kenny Tran knows never to get recorded giving anymore hand reads after this episode aired
Why do you say that lol
@@justinbourgeois4685 I’m implying that his read is so perfect it can’t get any better than this. So I wouldn’t want to mar a perfect record
Haha funny!!
NEAR perfect read? What, he needs to give you the suits too?
Nice, mike.
Fr tho. He even called anotnios hand and he wasn’t even in the pot at the time 😂😂😂 genius
Let's get this comment over 150 likes.
Phil: "Bob might have T9 or TJ."
Kenny Tran: "No -- Bob has pocket 9s"
Me: "This emeffer not even trying to hide that he's a witch."
Tran was having a conversation through the entire hand and still was tracking everything perfectly.
Hellmuth thinks there’s 5 tens in the deck lol. The turn smashes any draw on the flop. Any overpair would be raised pre
Safai with the obnoxious lying at the end.. obviously upset he’s being read like a book
All his actions on every street was instant and too strong.
Yeah but that's normal in poker. People always lie after the hand, you get used to ignoring them.
@@EGarrett01
But when somebody makes a world class read like that and it’s gunna be on TV anyway it’s a bit different
@@kevinbouley Yes the guy looks like a douchebag.
@@EGarrett01 I just find it to be unsavory. Why do you have to lie? If you don’t want to give information about your hand simply keep quiet. It’s not like you really gain an edge by lying about it
Tran spot on
Did Kenny Tran just read both hands perfectly, with full confidence? I have no business even playing lol
Kenny Tran is right
I got in some legendary games with Safai at Commerce back in the day. Everyone would rush from 20-40 or whatever the biggest current NL game was over to $100-$200 game with Bob. Good times
Does he still play poker? Haven't heard anything about him for a long time
Lol

I love me some Kenny tran!!! He's so good at live poker. The reading ability of that man is otherworldly! And not just on this clip.
The good old days of televised poker!
Kenny Tran had the spooky reads man always loved watching him play
Where is he at nowadays lol
Kenny Tran what a legendary cash player. Where has he been lately?
when they say "something like that" you know they have it.
Not really man how does that statement give it away
@@anonymousraw766 he’s acting like he is too nervous to count out his money when you ask for a count.. when really they just want you to make the call.
Yup. Comfortable
Actually It sounds like to me he doesn't want to count his chips, thats a sign of weakness

This is one of the sickest poker videos I've ever watched
Safai act so quick, so predictable
Yeah my thoughts exactly, you know Dwan hates to fold and prob has a 10, don’t shove instantly on the river
M. My thoughts too, thats dwan, try to get a call or at least some value.
5:33 is an amazing read
Dwan 🐐!!
Bobby going allin immediately was brutal lol, dude would never bluff like that and was way too relaxed/calm
Oh yeah, Bob Safai gave out tells to other players like nice hotels put chocolates on your pillow! Seriously though, even for the time period, Bob was terrible with giving off tells.
Only reason why durr has a think about this on the river is because he know Antonio folded the other ten so Bob can't have T9 or JT. His value range from Tom's perspective is probably specifically nines full. But what bluff could he ever have?
A str8? I doubt it, just imagine if it was stone cold, 94 off.
Safai would have to turn a hand like 98s or A9s into a bluff. Those hands don't ever play this way unfortunately so the logical conclusion is Safai is never bluffing. If you eliminate the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth, i.e. 3 combos of 99.
One of the best reads ever
Love this video cause I’ve never seen it on RUclips
Dwan is so damn good! Pura Vida from Costa Rica!
That talk outside the table just confirms the read that dwan had on Safai. We all know that you have a fullboat man
Pura vida carachapi!
This is why these guys are pros and I’m watching their RUclips highlights
5:34 .... that read....
Bob Safari.. I forgot about about this donk. Used to enjoy back in the day watching him tilt off his stack on HSP and PAD
3:43 bob’s hands are actually shaking Watch when he reaches for cash! Bob couldn’t have played that any worse than he did raising a flop with practically no draws other than straight draws but it’s a paired board hands are shaking when he raises and snaps it all in after one second on the river!
idk I disagree. when you check that flop and get a bet and a call, someone either has QJ or a 10. by raising and getting two callers he knows at least one if not 2 have a 10. because you flopped the bottom boat you have to protect against top boat. that turn Jack woulda been a scare card for me but it looks like he made up his mind on the flop that he wanted to get all the money in. building the pot early was the only way to do that
What? Bob got max value. He almost got Dwan to put his whole stack in on the river. "Practically no draws other than straight draws?" Did you really write that? lol.
@@twown Agree. He played the hand perfect. If he calls theres such a high likelyhood of the turn checking through given that they will be 3 players in the pot by then. Also he will never fold out a ten if he checkraises which he would lose massive value against if the turn is scary for them 3way and they just check behind given really suspicious spot and 3 players on the turn. You could consider checking the river to underrep and make durrr possiblyt have to worry about him having like KT/AT or a straight he could potentially turn QT insto a bluff Not a big fan of the guy overall tho...
@@groundup001 wow this i agree. I actually felt that when the turn card came he would have checked but he raises it up not afraid that TJ combo gets there. Not sure if its a good play but it got through. Honestly I would have check when turn came . TJ is so playable
Great hand.
Kenny Tran was 100% right on
Alors, il était fort . Maintenant il doit être un monstre avec les années d'expérience "durrr" Si mon joueur de poker préféré .
One of Antonio's best lay downs.
Unbelievable read by kenny tran also.
Great folds but Bob makes it easier by shoving so quickly and comfortably
Safai should give Tran his props for calling ALL 3 HANDS...
🗣that's SOUR AF‼️

Sick call kenny
Tran called the exact hands and wasn’t even paying attention to the hand until the turn lol
Kenny Tran is a 1st class person and poker player!
Kenny "disrespek" tran. Seriously great read by tran.
So strong
And from that moment on, Bob never bluffed Kenny Tran in a pot heads up lol
World class fold by a world class player!
Kenny Tran straight up has either X-ray vision or he is edge sorting Ivey baccarat style 😂
How come its all about Dwan and no one talks about Antonio's fabulous fold before him??
It is an easy laydown.

near perfect response
Its rare but I do hate when ppl have my number that well in my exact hand when im super polar haha
Kenny Trans analysis in this hand was just plain scary…
Pretty easy to guess Bobs hand there in my opinion. He wasn’t a very loose player and there were only a few hands he could’ve had there. Looks really good when Kenny is confident with it though lol
Unbelievable...Kenny...WTF
Was rhis hand that hard to read everybody saying Kenney picked the hands they were face up
how tfff did tran do that?!
Spoiler alert - Kenny Tran steals this video.
Bob Safai should have realized that it was time to rack up and head to the cashier when Durrrr open folds a big Ten and everyone told him that he had pocket Nines and Antonio folded trips on the turn.
Antonio made it obvious he had a 10 on the turn.. durr isn't calling 30k on the turn with a 9 or an under pair to the board. Would've 3bet pre with an over pair.. bob raised the flop so pocket 99s makes the only sense. Safai isn't tryna bluff into 2 people showing that much strength especially when 1 of them is durr.
Kenny Tran is never wrong Bob.
That J made it a possible fold otherwise it’s a call on the river. Nice fold
If safai didn't check-raise on the flop, he probably would've gotten the rest of the money
Safai played this hand soooooo poorly
“Near” perfect read ?? Try PERFECT read
Kenny Tran is fucking RIGHT!! Most of the time!! Bahahahaha: I'm not gonna hold the "or K 10" comment against him, he initially first said "Q 10", I'm giving him full credit for his read lol 🙈🤣😅💪👉😇💯
What ever happened to Kenny Tran?
Bob Safai would keel over and die if he tried to bluff in this hand. He has "flopped house" written all over his face.
Anyone who asks the size of the bet even after Antonio has as well then raises. Stinks of a big hand
Imagine not been paid off by the biggest calling station whom have a strong hand. You know you are been read like a book.
Classic fish on tilt getting owned on the river and then denying the the perfect read from the other player, while not showing his "bluff" LOL
How does trip 9s beat trip 10s? Is it because the 9s were pocket?
The 99 had a full house 999TT and dwan only had TTT trips
Q10 howww not even k10 a10 mostly q10 he discounted a10 🤣
AE's call of raise on flop is pretty weak.
What a crazy flop for those 3 hands.
100% Read :D amazing
Just WOW! But can you imagine if it was a bluff? Kinda makes me wanna try it. NOT! Ive learned my lesson.

Pppoker 50% rakeback comment underneath
Poker is easy when you see everyone’s cards but if I was Safai I totally would have checked the river to induce a bet from Durr
A bet is either to get your opponent to fold a stronger hand or to get value. The way that hand is played, there isnt many hands he can beat except a bluff. And he cant get a stronger hands to fold. If Safai checked it, Tom would have check it back
I agree with you and also in my opinion Bob could have gotten more value if he didn't go all in so fast and maybe bet like 30k again lol so Durr is forced to at least call. I just don't see Durr folding if Bob takes 90 seconds then bets 30k giving Durr unreal pot odds to call.

This is like an online poker flop.
Easy fold for a player of his/their format obviously. Even Antonio struggled to make the fold look hard, since Safais hand was face up.
Shilling old After Dark episodes with misleading description is not making me want to subscribe btw.
