This talk was of great interest to me. I received my 1st Kidney Transplant from a deceased donor in 1981 in Dublin. This kidney was rejected in two weeks. I had a second Kidney Transplant on Oxford 1985 (Deceased Donor) this kidney lasted until 2016I received a third Kidney from a live paired donor (my wife donated a kidney to the other pair) in April 2018. My Kidneys failed when I was 26 years old. I am 66 now and fit and well. Transplant medicine has allowed me to live a live - Thank you to all the pioneers who led us to where we are today
