- A back-zip wetsuit is common in entry-level wetsuits. However, it’s really a matter of preference. For example, if you’re broad in the shoulders and/or have a large frame, then a back-zip wetsuit is a great entry system as it’ll be easier to get in and out of. Although you might just be a hopeless romantic who’s holding onto the glory days of wetsuit before other entry-systems adapted to the way in which surfing was heading.
Our resident neoprene expert Will goes through some simple steps which will show you just how easy it is to put on a back-zip wetsuit. Will does this using a O’Neill Psycho One 3/2mm Back-Zip wetsuit which is available through the link below.

Sorry but can U do a vid how to adjust the string
you can make it easier if you put a plastic bag over your hand/foot - then it will slide right through the sleeve
Great tip! Thanks Kirill!
Very helpful clip. Was there a bug on your cam?
haha i tried ot remove it thinking it was on my screen
That suit zips way to easy and you have lots of excess material in your arms and torso. It’s way too big and therefore doesn’t give a realistic idea of what it’s really like to squeeze into a wetsuit that are supposed to be super tight when dry.
Come no più facile a dirsi che a farsi!!! Io con la mia non ci riesco!!
I just bought one from Billabong, the back section doesn't have a hole for the head to pull up and through... I can't for the life of me get my wetty on because of this. Going back for a refund before I put my shoulder out.
