I've done verify files a lot, cause sometimes it just randomly crashes. It helps out, but if you've got enough disk space just make sure you've got a og files folder to easily use as backup and to replace corrupted files when receiving errors. That's also what I do for the mods, sometimes I install one 1 mod extra and start a quickplay session to see if it works, if that's a no then I go back to previous installation or temporarily remove or backup the mod.
i followed your tutorial to a tee and every time i launch it says "Corrupt data found, please verify your installation". i already verified my game files twice to no avail.
@@OFFTHEGOOP Make sure every mod you install is updated or published past July 23, of this year. That is when the game switched to Unreal Engine 5, which broke many mods that were made for the previous engine. That error message shows up when a mod is outdated.
@@N1C0YA the game is already tons of fun on its own, but there are plenty of mods that give homage to the SWAT and rainbow six games (cosmetics, maps, voice overs, etc.).
@@8BITMAKER151 If the mod is updated for DLC2, make sure you are installing correctly. A common issue with having no voice lines is that you delete files and install incorrectly. Let me know which mod it is and your installation steps so I can give specific feedback.
@silvadagga it's ready or french GIGN and for install I removed the vo file and put the one given on the download as written on the instructions given by the modders tho I don't have dlcs maybe that's the issue ?
@8BITMAKER151 No, the voice over lines should overwrite character lines, and should work on vanilla maps. Either the mod is not up to date, or you are installimg incorrectly. Don't delete game's entire VO folder, which contains the characters subfolders and their voice lines. ReadyOrNot>Content>VO>(character subfolders)>(voice lines)
@@silvadagga okay so I managed to make it work it's just the instructions a bit blurry but there is a file that I needed to replace to make it work now it's good thanks for helping 👌
Thnx for the tip about the voiceover, I'm gonna try that!

Thank you for the updated tutorial. Can't wait to jump in. Been playing rainbow six 3 raven shield & swat 3/4. But this looks very alike
