Yeah,your right. But I think their intention was, to keep the quality as high as possible while reducing the price. I mean the 1st gen is 1.5 times more expensive atm compared to the second gen.
16 inch is perfectly big enough. I think it depends what you are comfortable with. 22 is nice but is it really that necessary? 16 inch is still pretty big

@@SimplySammyK if you just want to draw, i would recommend 16". im using it for blender, sculpting models. maybe 16" would be not that comfortable if you split your screen into 3 or 4 windows inside blender.
