I'm the same height as him and yes, it does help in gymnastics to be short like us. Don't let that discourage you. There's a 43 year old 6'1" man at my gym that can hold an inverted cross then transition into a maltese. It's going to take more progression time to accomplish what calisthenicsdude can do but the lessons remain the same. Go to his channel and listen to his lessons on maintaining joint health, stay away from alcohol, listen to your body and you can accomplish everything he has. No excuses only hard work

Unless you're something like a boxer that has to burn muscle mass to make your weight class, endurance exercise is not intelligent and it will injure you. If you don't believe me, go look at how Olympic athletes train. Twice the intensity, half the duration

No exercise is required at all. One only need to disengage the randle cycle. Ie do not mix carbs and fat in the same meal.
No, you need to train. You know what also helps but i don't recommend doing; just eating way less than normal
@calisthenicsdude No, you can eat more than required daily and still lose fat. Managing hormones is all it takes and proven by the many carnivores losing weight, building muscle, and getting shredded eating 3000+ plus calories daily.
