Most of us have been gone from the land for 3 generations, we have seen everything that city life has to offer, now it's time to go back home to the land. Bless us, and our journey, back to wholeness, peace, and prosperity.
Start making preparations now. Try and figure out how you can save just $10,000. There are deals now where you could put 10% down and the owner of the property will finance the rest, and you can then pay pretty much what folks are paying now for rent but without access to a full home or Earth to have a garden etc.
Then figure out ways to also monetize the property by producing your own food or natural products and soaps etc. You can also get your produce and products in Black grocery stores and stores and on they shelves.

I guarantee if you all focused on daily vlogs Monday - Friday, you will generate enough income for sponsorship to pay for your feed, tools and more. There are so many of us who want to see black families working their homestead. It's an untapped money making market. Do it before some white person figures it out and finds some commercial looking family to take it from you. ~Smile!
Yall needa do a fish pond/farm. I love seeing people getting back to our roots, and not depending on the government for life sustenance. I am too family!!! Our Ancestors are calling us back to the land. We are realizing we are the Indigenous peoples of this region of the Earth, the more in tune we get with our Earth here the more will be revealed to us and the more we will come together like droplets when they join with the lakes, rivers, and oceans. We are powerful beyond what we know. We can speak to our harvest like nobody else can and they hear us because we are autochthonous to the nature of the land. Our Ancestors called this Turtle Island and when looking at maps of North America it is shaped just like a giant turtle.

Hi, I am in georgia and I am trying to find communities that I can start my own homestead and lands here are clay. I would love to find and live around black people that share the same views. I would like to know what state are you in. Just need some guidance. I have a daughter who is 7 I have health issues and so does her dad. Food are getting expensive to eat healthy. I have grown a big garden before in new York but it was too expensive.
@Tannisha Lennon many blessings to your homesteading endeavors! There are some local places where they offer free dirt/mulch, You just have to pick it up. I have developed heirloom seeds - so I can harvest over and over from my own stock of seeds. This cuts down on purchasing seeds and I know exactly where it’s coming from... certified organic. It can get expensive. The best place to start is with a plan. Write out what you’re trying to achieve. Then write out the steps needed to get there. Then write out a more concise plan and steps. Be clear about your intentions. Having a plan cuts down on the expense so you won’t have to spin your wheels going in circles trying to do everything right now. Look up some local meet up groups as well. We’re connecting with people to start a co op group. It’s ok to start small... he who is faithful over a few can be rulers over many... it’s the concept that just works sis! You got this

+Flowers Farm You can use the three Sistas method for planting Corn, squash, and beans. Also key up on cover crops which help replenish naturally the nutrients back into the soil which is good for organic farming.
