Yarn size 4 about 255g
I used a 5.5 mm hook
Yarn needle
Scissors
Tape measure
This crochet skirt is easy to make, a repeat of 1 row. Used the single and half double crochet stitches.

My guess around the waist. Should fit u fine with that proportion..besides you can always check along you go and before you join the ends... And do a pretend joint before final closure...I think with the side joint this skirt could always be added increased if the need be in future...

yes just add more chains if you want longer.... dont add for sc, just go for HDC...
I'm stuck🙄if I wanted to do a large skirt, how many chains would I do? I know in this video you did 61 ch, than DC 15 stitches, than 45 stitches. I guess my questions is if I do more chains say like 85, would I still stick with 15 sc and 45 hdc?

in this tutorials is for medium size, I started with 61 chains at the beginning, it gives a result of 16 inches long skirt. you can more add chain depend how long you want it.
I started well but now it has shrinked and looking smaller how should I do it so it doesn't shrink

this is allsize because its a stretchy enough, if need more large waist, you just add more round before sew them each other.

i think add some chains to it not just 61 if you’re gonna make a longer skirt
But keep the waist part 15 single crochet .. the rest half double
I chained 80 for a longer one and I didn't do 15 I did 20 for a longer rim

You make the skirt from side to side and when you have enough rows to match your hip measurement the skirt is finished! Hope this helps
