I'm sitting here by the bedside of my beloved 86 year old mum during her last hours on earth. It's been an incredibly tough time for her, but she's asleep most of the time now. I read that a person's hearing is one of the last senses to go so I'm playing this video in the hope that she can hear the beautiful sound of the piano and birdsong and feel that she's drifting away to heaven...

No one can meet the needs of our heart like Jesus Christ. He is our creator and we were made in His image so He understands what we are going through. (when no one else can). Friends come and go but He will never forsake us and is always there for us. The best friends I have are those who love the Lord Jesus Christ. Read the King James bible and focus on the Psalms. Pray that the Lord will lead you to a church that preaches the truth from the bible.

Depression is horrible. I lost my daughter to the China virus a few weeks ago. I’m having trouble with depression. This music so relaxing. Have suffered with depression for years. At times I feel it goes away. Thank you for sharing this beautiful music.

Music is healing and it does gets you close to God. Depression is just a state where we need "deep rest" so we can recharge and figure out other solutions that will work better.
Don't regret what you have done, there are no mistakes, only experiences. To always be a winner, ask yourself : How can I use this experience to make a better choice next time? :)

I would also recommend exercise because it creates endorphins (the happy hormones).
