Your music helps me so much at this time, i have broken spirit and don't know how to stand again. As I listen to it, seems it melts my heart because of regrets of what i've done in my life. I am stumbled in depression right now, may be this is the consequenses of my wrong choices. Thanks to your music, it leads me to seek God.
Music is healing and it does gets you close to God. Depression is just a state where we need "deep rest" so we can recharge and figure out other solutions that will work better. Don't regret what you have done, there are no mistakes, only experiences. To always be a winner, ask yourself : How can I use this experience to make a better choice next time? :) Keep the faith and keep listening to music soothe and uplift you. I suffer from anxiety and depression and music like this helps me sleep at night and relax whenever I have a breakdown.

Your music helps me so much at this time, i have broken spirit and don't know how to stand again. As I listen to it, seems it melts my heart because of regrets of what i've done in my life. Music is healing and it does gets you close to God. Depression is just a state where we need "deep rest" so we can recharge and figure out other solutions that will work better.
Don't regret what you have done, there are no mistakes, only experiences. To always be a winner, ask yourself : How can I use this experience to make a better choice next time? :)
Keep the faith and keep listening to music soothe and uplift you.
I would also recommend exercise because it creates endorphins (the happy hormones).

I love how the melody is continuous and doesn't change rhythm, that is very helpful, I get very easily distracted, but after a few moments of listening to this soothing music I stopped worrying about my online class and continued working really hard so I can complete that class, for myself and my family.
