Nice video, I saw a similar video with same process but the sync doesn't work in manual mode.
I don't know what to do.

Hi, you need to check with the bulb's manuals to see which App it support and then download the relevant App. Not all bulbs uses the Smartlife or Tuya App

Struggling to get one to pair, but it refuses to. Can't find any kind of troubleshooting manual anywhere and I can't remember how I got my old one to work after I had the same issue for days.

Usually the 1st place I would suggest you look at is the Wi-Fi. Both the phone/tablet and the bulb need to be in the same 2.4 Ghz Wi-Fi. It has to be 2.4 GHz. Also, ensure that you reset the bulb and put it into pairing mode, which is indicated by a fast flashing of the bulb. Once it is flashing, only then can you start the pairing process. Hope this helps
Do let me know how it goes.

@@stevendigitalbutler Yeah, I found that later in the morning. I had thought my wifi was on 2.4 for some reason, but it was 5.

I ordered this light online & Some stupid one sent me the light bulb* only w/o Bluetooth gateway. Can I use multiple colors of light bulb w/o gateway pl? As the bulb is switched on with warm light and sometime switches to white as well.. Kindly guide

Hi, I am not sure what bulb was sent, some bulbs do have both Wifi and Bluetooth build-in. But they are primarrily a wifi bulb. In my case it works with the Tuya/Smartlife app. So if my wifi is out, I can still switch ON/OFF the builb using Bluetooth. So I think the question is, the bulb competible with the App you are using? You will need an App to change colours or setting. Hope this helps
