Looks terrific! Medici blue is one of my favourite colours for the early Elans. Now you have to put it all back together without scratching it!

Great work, we need to see an extensive review when it's finished

10:30. Interesting that there just wasn't enough room in the engine bay to fit the brake master right in front of the pedal so Lotus put it on the inboard side. For left hand steering cars, it's the clutch master that's located on the inboard side. Another interesting video Paul.

Mind you don't knock the bonnet off the wall Paul.

Medici Blue looks great. I'd like to compare it to Wedgwood Blue (a colour I am considering for my Europa), but I can't find a colour code sheet with both. Any comments on the difference?

If you search in the lotuselan . net forums you'll find suggestions of paint codes for Wedgewood Blue. Medici blue is tricky but there are also some suggestions for this. Difficult to describe the difference but I'd say Wedgewood blue is a little deeper or stronger blue than Medici blue. Not sure if this will help.

@@PaulH_S2_Elan Thanks for that. Chassis should be done in about a month, so I've got some time to think about the body colour.
