haha, this comment just made my day. And I agree, just listen to the music.... I'm a Christian, but between us Christians, loving one another doesn't mean shoving your opinions down peoples throats. I think its awesome that skillet is branching and getting some mainstream attention... People relate to their music. Christian or not. Thats whats great about it. He did mention it in the Bible. But he was never created, he is eternal. Always existed. Well it's definitely something to think about - what made the universe.
One thing we do know for certain is that whatever created the universe, must have been extremely powerful, and extremely intelligent to give balanced characteristics and physics. Sounds a lot like God to me.
I have a personal relationship with the creator of the universe. You can too if you just talk to him.

that's correct. You can use ANYTHING to manipulate people true or false. Religion IS used to control people and their culture, but it is also largely believed to be true. Many people choose to believe one idea is true and all others aren't because they learn one all their lives and are stubborn enough to refuse to even TRY to have an open mind. But what if someone was raised learning ALL The religious points of view? Then that person can make their own choice in what they believe. :)

oh but God is real nomatter what. The reason I say this is people fail to realize that everyone believes in the same God. It is merely theory on how the world was created and even if the Muslim's POINT OF VIEW or Christian's POINT OF VIEW are incorrect, the world IS here and it was created someone and that creation is God even if it turns out to be different than we expected. The religions could speak in misunderstood metaphors even, or be close but a little off, or multiple theroes are close.
