      Paul, or whoever else is tech crew at the time, is easily one of my favorite parts of LRR. It makes it feel so much more warm and lived in. It really draws you in, with a group of friends just hanging out and doing their thing. I think it's honestly one of their secrets of success.

    Small discrepancy in the first game between Alex and Serge, when Alex swung in with Grim Flayer, there were two combat damage triggers. One for Grim Flayer and one for Initiative. Because Alex was Active Player, his trigger goes on the stack first and then, because Serge has the Initiative, it will go on the stack afterwards. Technically, Alex should have searched for the basic before resolving Flayer's trigger. Because Magic always makes sense.

    An intriguing question.
    Can Incubation druid tap for any color mana when you have forest and Nykthos?
    You can techically tap Nykthos for any color of mana even though you don't have any devotion, can Incubation Druid tap for it too?

    • @emilysmith2965
      @emilysmith2965 Год назад

      You have to actually have at least one point of devotion; otherwise Nykthos cannot currently produce that color.

    • @raisins7777
      @raisins7777 Год назад

      @@emilysmith2965 The rule for "could produce" is "pretend the ability of the land resolved right now, what colours could it make". You ignore activation costs, ignore activation legality, but you do consider how the game state affects the ability resolving, and consider all possible decisions. So Nykthos "could produce" colourless and any colours its controller has at least 1 devotion in.
