For real though, I have the brown one and the insert is stupid fucking comfortable. The most comfortable hard hat I've worn, others give me headaches after likean hour or 2
That’s a badass hardhat. Super comfortable too. Not a huge fan of the full brim because looking up with the brim hanging over sssssuuuuuucccccckkkkksssss.
Looks like it has a great suspension system. Good looking too. Guys you need to replace these periodically, as they have a shelf life. I lucky to need one in the power plant where I work. 👍👍👍
What's up brother I love that hard hat I wish it had the attachments on the side for accessories. Maybe here in a little while though make a 2nd gen with the attachments. Great video peace brother
no it dose not. Then again i avoid getting hit or throwing it.Till today i still love it and i get ask about it all the time. Still looking great. Ill see if i can post up pictures for you. Los 277. What trade are you in?
I'm a Journeyman electrician and have always worn a half-brim hardhat. (Going after that Master's this year.) I'm thinking about getting one of these but most electricians wear the full brim. Lift offers this in the half-brim model but since I've never had a full-brim I'm wondering if they offer much advantage? Half-brims are lighter and smaller making it narrower passing between studs, they can be reversed, etc. It's an expensive hat so I don't want to buy it twice!
1st of Congrats on going for your MASTERS Big mile stone!!!👍 Full brim offers more shade from the sun. Also i was always thought by the old timers that a full brim hard hat was most of the time the Forman and owners. Just Status if you ask me. More Benefits in the half if you ask me. Also the Dax dose not have mounting adaptors for hard hat accessories. Hope this helps you out.
@@OneToolAWeekGuy Cause they want us to use faceshield at work to wash down aka housekeeping. I guess I could get this hat for normal use and the one I got from work to do housekeeping and keep the faceshield attached to it eh? Or you mean this hardhat just sucks
I currently have a generic full brim hard hat that I've been rocking for the last five years. This year, I'm looking to upgrade to this lift full brim hard hat. Though I'm going to fancy my self the 50/carbon fiber/w white. 😁 gonna up my game on the field.

Congrats and remember any questions dont hesitate to ask.... ps the get away card since your a 1st year "is iv never done it, why dont you show me how its done" if your journeyman is making you do something he dont want to do.
@@OneToolAWeekGuy for sure. Thanks again. Getting into Plumbers Local 130 UA. 😁 fortunate for me, I've worked with all union Plumbers my entire construction career and got a hold of two B.A's. Definitely cementing the rule of "its who you know, not what you know".

Shelf life is 5 years from the date it was put into service.

Can the inserts go on other hard hats besides lift
Not sure but let me find out for you. What hard hat do you own and want to place the lift insert on?

Hard hat is great I love it but when you add the metal adaptor it slips off.

Unkown one love it and I’m always asked about it.

The six point ratchet system is a joke. It pops out 24 seven and does not stay in place.
