My favorite Cybermen voice actors are Nicholas Briggs and David Banks (he played and voiced the Cyber Leader in the classic Doctor Who episodes starting with "Earthshock" [1982], "The Five Doctors" [1983], "Attack of the Cybermen" [1985], and his final onscreen role as the Cyber Leader was in "Silver Nemesis" [1988]).
I love how in the 2006 Nicholas Briggs version it sounds like there are two voices at once speaking at different harmonic frequencies. So chilling
For me it sounded like the person's emotions were trying to break through their programming but failing
I prefer the Cybermen's voices from the '70s and '80s.... And yes, I know they're not included because they played the characters in costume too, but I like those voices better... especially David Banks' Cyberleader.
I agree! David Banks and Mark Hardy kick butt!
Nothing beats David Banks as the Cyber Leader.

I’m surprised they came up with the name ‘Cybermen’ in the 1900’s it seems something that would be from the 2000’s. Love all the voice actors ❤️ Especially the newer ones

The Mondasian Cyberman voice just trumps all. You know they’re not that far away from being human. And yet, that humanity has been mentally cut away and physically replaced by cybernetic enhancements.
I don't know about anyone else, but Ashad has really grown on me. He wants so badly to become a Cyberman (and then, "progress" beyond that), and we never really find out why, and that's probably the scariest thing about him. I mean, he murdered his own family just because they wouldn't submit to the conversion process.
He gives off real Adeptus Mechanicus vibes - Believing your organic body is going to fail you, and, that you desperately need to replace it before it's too late. If he got more development from a better writer, he could have been an amazing villain, even a properly reoccurring one
Love this! Personally, I think that Roy Skelton’s Cyberman voice was too similar to his Dalek voice, that didn’t stop me from enjoying The Wheel in Space

Both Peter Halliday and Roger Lloyd-Pack are the only two voice actors who did the Cybermen That didn’t voice the Daleks. All the rest out of new who and the classics have also done the Daleks as well as the Cybermen. It’s just the original Cybermen voice isn’t shown as well as the Invasion Cybermen, 1970s and 1980s Cybermen.

It amazing how well Nicholas does the cyber mondan voice, even if its highly modulated by computer to match Roy Skeltor, its so close to the original, its awesome

Peter hawking's voice gives me those creepy TTS vives and it has been made my favorite voice
Fun Fact: The Cyber-Controller from Tomb and the CyberPlanner in The Wheel in Space have the same actor.
The 60s Cybermen voices are beyond creepy. So effectively unsettling.
I want the Telosian Cybermen to make a comeback someday.

Don't forget Roy Skelton did their voice first, then Hawkins joins him for the rest of The Tenth Planet.

Yes because alongside Roger Lloyd-Pack who also played a Cyberman in his human form, Patrick also provides the voice for the cyber suit he wears like Roger did as the Cyber Controller
