For the "torturers of Algerians", he is talking about the colonization of Algeria and the War for indepence (1954 - 1962). Hundreds of thousand of Algerians and French were tortured by French military organizations , YES you read correctly, even French were tortured by French. It's because some were against the methods used and helped some algerians who were related to the FNL (National Forces of Liberation = Algerian politic party for the liberation of Algeria). After the
battle of Algiers, the french militaries had full permission to use torture as they see fit to obtain informations or just to terrorize the population.
On October 17, 1961, as the Algerian war was coming to an end the FLN called for a peaceful demonstration in the streets of Paris to denounce the racist curfew in France imposed a few days earlier on Algerians and by extension on all North Africans. There will be 11,730 arrests, and possibly well over 200 deaths, drowned in the Seine or executed, among Algerians.
Arabs and partuculary Muslims in France are treated as greatly as the Latinos in the US by some political party (if not worse bc you know, islam = terrorism right (sarcasm)). Thats why he talk about black AND arabs communities.

C'est dans tout les coins de france que la misére, la délinquance existe! il ni à pas de lieu pire ou moins pire qu'une autre . Je vie dans le 91 dans les cités la violence est partout je n'ai en revanche jamais ressenti de racisme entre blanc/Noir/arabe ,on ce mélange dans les citée en france ,j'ai des amis de toute nationalité .le 91 est un departement proche de celui de kery james qui est lui di 93 ,et la guerre est partout chez nous,le peuples français en à marre du gouvernement depuis longtemps mais encore plus depuis 3ans. tout ce que dit Kery est réel ,lui le sais depuis toujours, et le crie dans ses chansons, c'est un grand artistes, vous avez beaucoup à découvrir de cette artiste .
