    Correction: After speaking with Albert (eevees tech) - He told me there IS a way to conduct a tire change without removing the motor wires from the mainboard. This is helpful as it would mean not having to re-silicone the board housing each time.

    From my experience with Leaperkim wheels just always get the 66lb suspension, it doesn’t cost anymore and you can just adjust the suspension to your weight anyways. You just get that security if/when you need it.

    great vid, good music choice too! I just got my patton a few days ago, and i'm really having trouble liking it. I have a friend who has one and never stops singing it's praise, and i've seen him do some crazy stuff on it, but mine, it just feels like im riding a tractor. It's slow, the tire feels like it has a mind of its own, and everyone talks about how deceptively nimble it is... but for me, I feel like i have to force it turn, but yet it's still wobbly in straight lights, or when I go up hill I don't get that power I need, so it slows down regardless of how hard I'm leaning into it.

    unlike most people, I really want Leaperkim to keep using this type of display because it just works, it is super visible under any circumstance, reliable, energy efficient, simple, it may not be the most esthetic but i would not change it, maybe just add voltage on the main screen at all time

    Love the direction. I want a 35 mph wheel I can do whatever I want with. This is in that direction. I’d never pay the new price, but I’ll keep an eye out for deals. They need to keep in mind that if you’re willing to ride and EUC, you’d ride a motorcycle, and price accordingly.

    • @grb1969
      @grb1969 Год назад

      Used wheels are great for budget minded people like me! Love my $700- 16x and my first wheel was only $75, which lasted me over a year.
      I’ve been thinking about getting the S22pro in a couple years but I’m not getting a new wheel until they’re demonstrably safer, less expensive and better performing than either motorcycles or cars, which is likely 5-10 years away. Until then, I’ll only ride what I can service myself, so rider serviceability is essential for picking a good long-term wheel to own.

    As a dimensional challenged man of Asian ancestry, I surely know "bigger isn't always better". My probs is the phrase dont always work, for me atleast 😆. Serious tho, after replacing the RSht with a T4, I'm totally convinced the 16" format is THE PACKAGE for offroad shennigans. Yes esp the gnarly technical single tracks, up & down. Havent ridden the Patton so I dunno but I'm loving the T4. Gonna try upgrading the stock air shock with a very inexpensive coil but ya, the suspensin is my only complaint. Not that its bad but more so I have issues setting it for both trails AND jumps. On the T4, its 1 or the other. Otherwise, I love the 16" pkg for my dirt duties. I'm sure the Patton is nice & more torquey

      More voltage sacrifices range, which is why the Sherman S has the most range out of any other euc now. Top speed isn’t any slouch either; it’s definitely meant more for the long range high speed commuter. I don’t care much about voltage tho cuz the Sherman S can solidly compete with the S22 in terms of overall performance.

    There are several opposite requirements the EUC should satisfy: 1) have less weight; 2) avoid electronics' overheat; 3) avoid water; 4)... This is why they do what you telling here.

      If you’ve ever ridden a new motorcycle, you would have likely experienced the beauty of a bright, colour screen - they’re fantastic and could be perfectly adapted to an EUC. Especially for the price they’re charging for these things now.

      Best in what way?

    • @grb1969
      @grb1969 Год назад

      @@darkstar4494 The Extreme appears to be using both the vertical cylinder spring as a slider/shock AND the linkage mechanism similar to original S20. Hopefully this combination is durable and resistant to frequent cleanings/repair. Being able to replace the air cartridge with a coil spring/hydraulic shock is invaluable since aftermarket replacements will likely always be available. The V13 Challenger will be factory upgraded to MTB style shocks soon and future wheels (like the Adventurer) will have the linkage system included as well.
      Of course, best is subjective and relative so there’s probably better is yet to come. My fantasy EUC comes with an electric-hydraulic dynamic suspension like Bose Corporation developed 30 years ago, which will have to be adopted by the motorcycle industry before we see it … but it’ll be able to jump-assist so that you can power jump a car in one giant leap, or ride up stairs and have it feel like an escalator. {this tech exists but has not yet been adopted}.
      What would you like to see integrated into EUC design?
      I recommend watching the interview of CEO Bob (from Inmotion) on the Forward N Bak channel. Good into on upcoming lineup.
      And… Have you seen CHANCE ride? Best, like that!
