Nintendo has done a lot of shooting themselves in the foot the past few years by attacking some of the most passionate members of their own community. They're even going after RUclipsrs who include footage of their games. As somebody who has been a multi-generation Nintendo gamer, who bought multiple Switch consoles including the OLED, I won't be buying the next Nintendo console.
Remember, how in June, we had no idea what games would come in the second half of the year? And then, we got a Nintendo Direct, which answered it all. Just be a bit patient. Nintendo doesn't want to announce games too early anymore, and I would agree with them. Some teams announce games like 9 months in advance, which just means, that I forget about that game in a weak, since it is still to far away. We know their releases for this year, so there is no reason for an additional Direct.
I never liked Nintendo. The only reason why I had 3DS was Monster Hunter. As soon as they released it on consoles / PC... I dumped their underpowered, gimmicky consoles and never looked back. I always thought Nintendo was for kiddies and casuals and there is a lot of that it seems.
