For those of you who have never seen a college marching band perform, this video barely does the band justice. Being there in person and having the wall of acoustic noise hit you with every beat is amazing.

And LOVED every.single.moment. The 110 deserves all the praise and fans they have and continue to win over!! Still love these videos after almost 10 years....💚🤍💚🤍.
how is the bass drum for this piece? I got stuck on bass because I learned very bad technique from the my first band teacher years ago,so I cant do traditional grip on the snare. :(
I'm now in a high school marching band and damn it is so amazing just performing on the field and just playing music your band has been working on for a few months
@@bex1036 He means the refresh rate on the camera itself. It might have been the camera, the computer you used, or youtube itself. 60hz looks so much better than 30hz.
I played trumpet in college, and there multiple types of trumpets. They have E flat which is made to go much higher, they even have some with 2 valves only that drum corps use. More than likely the majority of super high trumpet players are not playing a traditional b flat trumpet.
Dustin Stegall Why on earth would they use anything other than a Bb? Its just as easy to play high, if not easier.... its a matter of practice not "cheating" with another horn.
