Love me some pumpkin. When I was a young lad, I stole 2 pumpkins from a farmer's field, thinking my mother would use them to make pumpkin pie. Instead, she made me return them, with a face to face apology to the farmer, at his front door. I don't think that we had any pumpkin pie that year.
Mom taught me to be a moral person too. We could use a LOT more of that today. Most of society's problems can be traced to absent fathers, broken homes, and other reasons for parents not teaching their children to be moral individuals. Sadly, many government programs create broken homes by subsidizing them and too few people make the connection to those children becoming criminals.

I love pumpkin pie, but I have to avoid all that sugar, so I really don't let myself enjoy it
