Golf 6 is the OG. 7 is okay and 8 is terrible. They really messed up the design. same for BMWs. As far i know Mercedes is the one of the only still doing amazing jobs with their interiors and exteriors.

Short trips around town & traffic and I average over 7l/100km, and that's driving slowly with soft acceleration. Also it is such a faulty engine as mentioned.
One thing that make me curious is the car model's diversity there where you live. In the videos every car on the traffic are difrerent is very difficult see 2 or more times the same car passing by.

Almost all the time you drive with too many rpm's on the engine. It makes a lot of noise and makes the ride less comfortable and at least, that is why you always have these bad numbers of using fuel.

Not the best engine but... it does the job. A friend of mine has the 1.4 tsi. Not reliable tho.
I have 1.4 122 HP, 102.000 km on the clock and it is relaible. I had to replace water pump only.
