To my knowledge, the mini blue is referring to the very tiny blue spots in between the large red spots on the shrimps carapace. Must look very close.

Hans Harreveld has some information on youtube on breeding N. sp. "Cenepa". Haven't found anyone else breeding them... Females seem hard to come by

what are the pellets you feed the fish in your videos? I thought there was a video you had talking about them but couldn't find it.

We feed a wide variety. At the moment we are feeding mostly Extrem brand pellets, but we also like Hikari and others.
