There is a multitude of health professionals and providers, especially in far off lands that will not know a lot of such information and sadly so many women do not receive appropriate medical care, so this is critical to help those.

Hi Darcie Yes, ringing in the ears (tinnitus) can be a menopause symptom too. Hi there sorry to hear you have been feeling all of this. Usually we say menopause is 1-2 years after your final period. Now you would be considered post menopause. If you are still feeling anxiety and depression it is likely not just menopause related. I would suggest getting in touch with a health care provider to get more support. Passiflora is also a great herb that might be helpful to look in to. www.avogel.co.uk/herbal-remedies/passiflora-complex-spray/
Hi Rita Hormone levels can sometimes increase causing these kinds of symptoms but it is wise just to check with your doctor to rule out any potential vaginal infection such as Thrush. Best Wishes Eileen

I had similar but lesser extent symptoms exactly last year when some tests were conducted as I had one breast discharge abd started missing periods that time layer found to be just ductasia. So this year I suffered from acute pneumonia just before pandemic had blownup, and all hormones again got topsy turvy since then, again I am having irregular periods then now no periods for more than two months.. Now I have been a hypothyroid for 6years then hyperthyryroid for last 3 years, and this year few months back again endocrine said it's hypothyroid As far as age goes, ok I am just at start of the whole peri-menopausal thing. When you are describibg these symptoms as menopausal, do you mean these happen after periods stop forever, and mine would too? Or you are saying that these happen both in pwrimenopause means leading to menopause and after that too?and how can I reduce hot flushes? I am burning wen I am near gas stove while cooking..
