    16:43 you just described too many global presidential candidates. We need this wisdom to remain timeless. And headed.

    "Where are you from?"
    "...eh..." * shrugs dejectedly *
    After the 100th person responds that way, it tends to stick on the map.

    13:55 Sanskrit is also believed to be the "coding language" of the universe; it was also considered the language of the Gods brought with the 7 Rishis who brought technology and spirituality to the ancient Bharat people, training them into a mighty civilization. It has "Seed Syllables" that the very vibrations of which, are believed to alter Reality itself. Root Mantras are manifested through different combinations, which produce very fine- tuned results.

      Fascinating!
      I've heard of phonecian and Pelasgian language seeding ancient Greek possibly but I haven't got my head around how Sanskrit fits that picture.
      It's a lot to hold in such a small brain !

    It's absolutely mind blowing.

    That makes perfect sense.
    About how they viewed the language as god given and relating it to the way we use maths was super helpful.

    When was city of babylon no longer occupied.

    • @entirelyalive
      @entirelyalive  2 месяца назад +2

      It was only about twenty years under Tukulti-Ninurta I. It will have another period of Assyrian domination under the later Neo-Assyrians, but that is for a future episode.

      @GrievousThaumatin Ah, I see. After the Hellenistic period, it stopped being a major city, but wasn't completely empty until shortly after the Muslim conquest.

    May I ask, why did you choose the image that is displayed in this video?

    • @entirelyalive
      @entirelyalive  2 месяца назад

      The city? It is just an AI generated something so that I could have something on the youtube video. I will probably change it as we change historical eras, but really I am going pretty much zero effort on the visuals now so that I have time for the research/story part.

      @@entirelyalive I had to use multiple channels to manipulate the RUclips algorithm as a viewer just to find some different ancient history and anthropology channels. RUclips wants to show the viewers the same few channels, all the time, so for each channel I view from, I clicked "do not show videos from this channel" on the channels I already see all the time from my other accounts. That i what I had to do just to find channels like yours.
      Along the way, I noticed that a lot of the ancient history channels use the same style of fantasy/comic book/video game-themed art that is often AI generated. Maybe there are good reasons for it that I haven't though of, but I question if it is really a good idea. Have you considered just using a neutral blank screen if the imagery isn't important to you?

    • @entirelyalive
      @entirelyalive  2 месяца назад

      @botanybiologyandgeologyofCO My older videos did use a neutral screen and youtube promotion was about 5x worse. Actually, most of my metrics on this video are higher than my high effort vids prior to this, at least comparing the main podcast, not the video game episodes. Of course, I have only just switched to this visual format, so we will see if that holds up, but I think podcasts with an AI image and light animation might be the sweet spot for engagement right now on youtube. I don't much like it, but I have to play the game to at least some extent.

      @@entirelyalive I will leave you with one more thing to consider. RUclips is also flooded with channels that don't just have AI generated art, but have AI generated scripts and AI generated voices that read them. Even something simple like a map of the location that is the topic of your podcast would be unique in this sea of AI images, from my perspective, anyway. Do whatever you think is best for your channel, though. I just want more ancient history/anthropology/science channels, et cetera, to be able to succeed in this mess of clickbait. I don't claim to have any expert knowledge.
