What's bugs me the most is that the legendary property and its looks are linked. So in order to make a legendary set skin you have to give up of a build...that is nonsense. Not even talking about spending money, which I don't...I just wanted to make a cool looking legendary skin set, but we need to prioritize the ability build of course. The lack of transmog also affects whales, so I don't understand why not adding transmog.
Anyone know the armor set with the green effect on it? 2nd row, 3rd set? I saw a piece of that concept art and would like to know it’s name if anyone knows.

Why do people pay so much for these games? If all the whales just put there money together ....they could have created a game 4 times as good...with less money... But whatever... please flex those pixel muscles.
