How to Fix 1965 Ford Mustang NO START

This 1965 Ford Mustang has been starting normally until it was shut off and tried to start a few mins later with just a loud thump & starter solenoid smoking.

Drain the oil and put fresh oil

Check if there and spark coming from the plugs

Put a new distributor and spark plugs and gas tank gas pump and check if carburetor is probably needs new one and new gaskets
