Hi Darcy! It was so good to see your smiling face today! I’m so excited for this knit lit kal…..such a great idea!!! My “things” are books, fabric and yarn, so you know I love sharing books! On Monday, I told myself I would just cast on for the Wildflower tee and get the neck ribbing done (I’m doing this neck a little differently from the pattern so wanted to get that out of the way. Well, 4 days later, I’m almost finished with it and the kal hasn’t even started yet! Good thing my goal is to make 7 of these for my granddaughters. I’ll just start another one tomorrow! I’ve decided on the book, Miss Rumphius, to go with this tee. I’ll have fun thinking of another favorite book to gift. And I love that new cowl! Looking forward to the pattern! Darcy’s Delight is so delightful! Just like Darcy!!!!❤
I love this idea! ❤ when I had my daycare I was known for promoting reading and always read to my kids and all my parents loved it too. The kids loved picking out the books for story time too. I am in. My son also is donating his old children’s books to his elementary school library as well.
Great make along idea! When my kids were in elementary school, every time the book fair came around I bought books for their classrooms. I will look into doing that again for a school near me.
Welcome back! Fun episode! That Darcy’s Delight yarn is gorgeous! 💚💜💚💜 I also am loving a striped toe. I don’t think I can make a plain toe ever again 😂

Hi Darcy! I just watched your Chit Chat Knits podcast for the first time! So awesome and nice to see your smiling face. I loved being involved with the book and penpal program in your classroom! This is such a fun idea, as well. 😍
Melissa from Bella Fio sent "Darcy's Delight" to the Crazy Sock Lady. I saw it on her podcast and knew I had to have it. My daughter's name is Darcy. I plan to make socks for her out of this yarn. Melissa told me about your podcasts and I've been watching them since. I enjoy watching a fellow midwesterner. I live in NW Iowa.
