To us steak lovers, we prefer to eat our steaks like this. It’s actually safe to eat when it’s pink. medium to medium well is okay depending on the steak you eat. But for maximum flavor you should go with medium rare.

Start by adding a tablespoon of flour at a time whisk and go from there.

or you can temper some heavy cream by bringing it to room temp and adding slowly into the mushrooms
