GoPowerSports sells an OG style bare frame but the cost plus shipping is outrageous. It's often out of stock for obvious reasons. It's basically a clone of a Manco American Express kart. Azusa makes a ladder style frame but it's really short. Can be lengthened by cutting it and welding in longer tubes.

Good one guys! Lotsa hidden gems - most already noted below. You should dub thee Bone-Shaker. Isaac when you called court to order and refd your intern as Payphone I lmfao, fell out of my chair, hit the floor, almost broke my darn neck I laughed so hard - I called him Payphone to my wife when you guys first introduced him. Actually I didn't almost break my neck or fall out of my chair, but I REALLY DID snort a mouthful of Stella Artois out of my nose LOL 🤣
i'm sayin. every time i work on an old motorcycle i use mine. those steel jis screws into aluminum cases are a guaranteed strip out without it. i'm gonna get one that chucks up into my pneumatic impact gun i use it so much.

This brings back a lot of memories. I used to do what ya'll do about 50ish years ago. Yeah, getting old. But you two have brought it back to me! At the end of my work camp season in oct. Going to buy myself a fat-tired mini bike and up the pony power with a quickness. Will share what I've done when I can. Keep up the great work/video's.
Those engines were made back in a time when people were expected to do scheduled maintenance, haha. Later 90s Briggs had an improved starter cup with "dogs", but I have no issues with the old style ratchet--they're kind of fun.
I had to use an impact driver multiple times a day working as a motorsports dismantling technician! Snap on was the only one that wouldn't break and the tips are the best as well
Guys you are my only link to sanity .since losing my leg 3 years back this show is my last link to all the fun stuff i use to do thanks for keeping the fire lit🔥🔥🔥🔥
Yeah that was idiotic, and then they proceed to ride it off road with Isaac punishing his spine and rear end on all those bumps. Would have been better to leave the seat mount and rear seat shocks intact. It was designed to pivot and provide some cushioning. They're not the smartest guys on U-Tub.
These guys add enjoyment to my day lmao , I'm a grease monkey too, the passion, the different ways to jerry-rig things to work, I love small engine projects.. and yes the headaches that come with it haha

These “Frankenstein” builds are awesome! Taking whatever you have laying around the garage and building a running,driving,semi-reliable mini bike is so bad ass. I really hope that y’alls channel inspires younger people to get out there and build something. Get a project that’s cheap, reliable, easy to maintain, and they can learn how to work on these small engines. They can acquire the skills to build rad stuff for cheap and not be forced to beg their parents for money to buy an expensive “toy”. Reminds me of being a kid, I never had the skills to fix my own go karts, but I loved working on BMX bikes. I would get parts from the trash or grab cheap ones from yard sales or flea markets and once I had enough parts, I would build one bad ass bike for myself and then I would trade parts with my friends. Not having a lot of money as a kid kinda forces you to learn how to build stuff, otherwise you had to go without the things that you really wanted.
I gotta say this program is very time consuming, I get listening to you guys and watching your videos I have a hard time getting things done. And for that I thank you!! So this episode has been out for a year I just saw today. On it you're sending a "hand printed" T-shirt to a fan, you mentioned you didn't feel right doing this to new T-shirt. I was thinking you should have put the handprints on the back shoulder of the T-shirt as though you're slapping a friend on the shoulder.. I know he said he wanted to frame it but I would proudly wear it.. I really enjoy your program, keep up the good work.
Today I got to go to go power sports and I was talking to David for about a half hour and he let me see the mini bikes in the warehouse and got to see a couple of the mini bikes you guys worked on, like the hot rod mouse.
I propose a challenge to you On a trash day or something like that try and look until you find a go kart/mini bike that you want to fix. I have done the same thing and got a 60s-70s bird engineering mini bike and I am close to being done just got to get valves cleaned a muffler and clean the carb. Overall it was fun.
Name Idea: Old Glory.
It's old, and it's glorious!
Seriously like this one
Yes i was thinking the same thing
I like Old glory but i think Faded Glory might be more apt.
How ‘bout “old iron sides”?
Maybe add a few more colors and call it the Fruit Pride Flyer....

Nice another briggs. Great content guys, loving the diversity in Hondas, Briggs, custom stuff, jet skis, and good ole Honda clones
Gotta love the Honda clones
Time for them to come up with a Kohler... The new Kohlers are expensive honda clones. The old ones were brutes
Let's do the easy thing and completely disassemble both motors! Lol
Yeah don't make sense to just check the white one out... But I suppose it's just for views to tear down both of them
Easier than having to order and replace rings
Not me lol
