That's very interesting to hear. Which now makes me wonder if this is being sold before that happens. I'd def look into what current construction is under way before I'd buy it, because that would affect the sale price drastically.

Now this is by far my favorite home you've ever shown, and you've shown us A LOT of fabo cribs but this one is the pinnacle of all cribs, your BK home excluded of course😁! The lines in this house are so clean but not sterile and the sky pool is dope AF! and of course being in Miami makes it even better. Super cool property! Only thing I noticed is the sliding glass doors appear to be manual. For this price point one would expect Fleetwood automatic doors ala many of the properties toured by Enes Yilmazer (sorry Ryan...hate to mention the competition).

OMG. I had about eight panic attacks when you went out on the balconies. My mom voice was screaming, “Don’t do it, don’t do it DO NOT DO IT!!! Just a bit above my budget. Even if it was within my grasp (me on planet earth and the penthouse the sun) the deal breaker would be those balconies. I was the same way when my kids rushed to the rock wall at 11,000 feet elevation in Rocky Mountain National Park. 🙅♀️

I heard that all residents have to valet their cars when entering the residence. Is that true? If so, why? Chances of valet joyride or handing your car to a thief? Security measures in place to avoid the aforementioned from happening. Is Valet tipping expected? I feel uneasy about valet my vehicle(s).
