I prefer how Enes presents property because he knows what he’s presenting, is aware of the architectural elements, and details that go into property, and understands how things are constructed.

Enes we love him because he is so humble n so down to earth n he always dose a great job displaying any estate or mansion anywhere.
I watch both. Ryan’s channel is super inspiring and he’s very fun to watch. His tours are engaging and the properties are amazing. Very much sells the lifestyle. I watch Enes to chill out and I really like the wild properties he showcases. Enes comes across as a little more “no nonsense” and is very knowledgeable about the architecture. I don’t think one is better than the other, both are the best in their own way. This video is a perfect example of how everyone has their own strengths to bring to the table.

Started with Enes, just now finding out who Ryan is. While they clearly have two different styles of presenting…they work very well together.
One of the reasons I love Enes’ style is that he isn’t talking about houses like a broker…but as someone who is genuinely interested and equally passionate about what he’s showing. That’s what makes Enes so fun and relaxing to watch. When he’s doing a tour, he’s taking you with him instead of just talking to you. You’re there.
So far, Ryan seems like the guy who is like “This house is sick! Look at that wall over there. Looks nice!” Which is fun and relatable to me at least. Will watch more of his videos and see if that matches up.
That was cool Ryan, I’ve followed Enis for years and it’s so cool that you had him on your show. For that reason alone I’ll follow you as well. It takes a man of humility, integrity and grace to pull that off. Salute to you Ryan

I'm embarrassed to be one of those who said if only Enes did this tour. But your videos Ryan are not far behind. One tip is your video clarity. I don't know if it's the type of cameras or a filter but they don't look as crisp and sharp. The color depth is not saturated. Get that on point and your right up there with Enes. Much love

As an Enes fan I didn't think I'd subscribe to anyone else until this house tour😅
The good about this house is that it goes directly to the point. The designer is good. He knows how to use the space. Most of houses they have 3-4 living rooms, 5 bars, 5 kitchens, 4 jaccuzis, 13 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and at the end of the day they have nothing new. This house the designer knows exactly how to use the space he has and decorate with the best furniture.
Saw this house again and I loved it even more. Like wow!

Ryan is just as good as Enes. The NY homes are harder to love as they just don't have the chilled out California Cool style, they're more about 'having things'. I like how Ryan's videos are becoming warmer and not so real estatey, a brave and original move.
