Just popped back on to say - though I DO NOT and NEVER WILL subscribe to that T.C. channel - there was a video where he shows he is taunting the drugged out man before the police got there - a brother was laughing at his brother and T.C. got involved and recorded him, which got the man even more riled up. The one video still remaining shows T.C. taunted and yelled at him all the way down the driveway till the man was arrested. His video shows the man turning - putting his hands behind him - but getting even more agitated because T.C. is still taunting and yelling at him. I do hope the police got the video from T.C. showing what happened beforehand - instead of hiding how he reacted and taunted the man who was high. It has been shown so many times before how T.C. gets involved in matters that have nothing to do with him. The police officer involved definitely needs to be held accountable and they should have told T.C. to be quiet and wait. They should have safely put the man into the police vehicle, and then come back to get T.C. side. And funny enough - T.C. got a bunch more subscribers to his channel - hmmm..wonder why? I have been talking to my husband a lot about this cop stuff lately, and not because of your video, but because there are many cases of cops loosing control of their tempers and also cops aka "law enforcers" and not knowing the laws they are supposed to enforce, therefore often abusing their authority. I believe all cops should go through psych screening before they get hired and then every year while on the force. Also I believe cops should learn the laws they are supposed to enforce as well as knowing the constitution, so as to not break someones rights as they are doing their jobs.

It was obvious the guy had mental problems. We don't know what triggered his actions due to TC only filming his verbal rant. The cops were way bigger than him and it was two against one. It didn't appear the guy resisted arrest. I couldn't see a reason for the forceable abuse on the way to the car. The spitting was an offense. However the cops should have a spit mask. I believe the cops could have used compassion during the arrest as it was very noticeable they were dealing with mental issues.
I've seen one or two of that You Tubers videos, seems to me he's a trouble stirrer. Those cops are thugs, shame on them, body cams should be mandatory for ALL law enforcement everywhere.

I think there is enough blame to go around. The guy who got arrested was definitely on something and acting very aggressive. The police were very familiar with him and I'm sure their adrenalin was flowing. It was hard to see what happened before they took the guy to the ground, but after that the smaller cop was going off the rails. If the other deputy is equal rank, he might have been hesitant to say much. When officer little britches started slamming him into the car, that was overkill. As far as Thomas goes, he said he was the one who called 911. Thomas had the evidence that he was assaulted. The guy's brother was just egging the guy on. Even the guy's father was trying to get him to stop & go inside. So, was the cop too aggressive? I'd say so. Does it rise to brutality? That's a tough one. Not enough context to say for sure.
I saw the man was upset. Most normal people would have left the area and called the cops. Playing the victim and continuing to video just for likes using a man who is disabled
The other officer isnt innocent either he allowed him to do those things. No one know why it started but there is some bad blood going on between the guy arrested and the one videoing.. The officers had him in cuffs immediately within 1 minute of seeing him.

He wasn't spitting when he was slammed on the ground being kneed. He wasn't spitting while being slammed on the cruiser getting kneed. Police report does NOT match the video. Officer is lying in his report. He has no credibility. Damn no body cam either only hearsay

It was obvious the guy had mental problems. We don't know what triggered his actions due to TC only filming his verbal rant. The cops were way bigger than him and it was two against one. It didn't appear the guy resisted arrest. I couldn't see a reason for the forceable abuse on the way to the car. The spitting was an offense. However the cops should have a spit mask. I believe the cops could have used compassion during the arrest as it was very noticeable they were dealing with mental issues.
I've seen one or two of that You Tubers videos, seems to me he's a trouble stirrer. Those cops are thugs, shame on them, body cams should be mandatory for ALL law enforcement everywhere.

I live in a small town in Georgia, and the cops here scare me. Most of them are rude and try to be macho, including the female officers. I go out of my way to avoid them. Hope you get Thelma back soon.
I think he should hire 15 minute. Mark feather and pursue an excessive force case against that officer. I mean there's video proof so but you won't get qualified immunity for that

I think there is enough blame to go around. The guy who got arrested was definitely on something and acting very aggressive. The police were very familiar with him and I'm sure their adrenalin was flowing. It was hard to see what happened before they took the guy to the ground, but after that the smaller cop was going off the rails. If the other deputy is equal rank, he might have been hesitant to say much. When officer little britches started slamming him into the car, that was overkill. As far as Thomas goes, he said he was the one who called 911. Thomas had the evidence that he was assaulted. The guy's brother was just egging the guy on. Even the guy's father was trying to get him to stop & go inside. So, was the cop too aggressive? I'd say so. Does it rise to brutality? That's a tough one. Not enough context to say for sure.

I saw the man was upset. Most normal people would have left the area and called the cops. Playing the victim and continuing to video just for likes using a man who is disabled
The other officer isnt innocent either he allowed him to do those things. No one know why it started but there is some bad blood going on between the guy arrested and the one videoing..
The officers had him in cuffs immediately within 1 minute of seeing him.
Someone trying to create drama for veiws I think. And I have seen where a certain person is trying to strike you and others for bits of video. This person is part of the problem in other creek they don't want to change just cause drama. Love your videos mayor

Hey Mr Willis...my ex was a terrible individual who was and is a methed up individual..he runs from the cops and proceeds to fight them .he likes head butting the police and breaking noses that way. There are always three sides to every thing remember that you viewed a ytube video not the entire thing..so yes body cams are so needed..but I reserve my opinion because not knowing all of the facts not just a clip on ytube

-Smashed suspects face into the dirt leaving him covered in dirt.
-They pick him up by the arms. It takes the suspect a couple of tries to get his footing.
-Tossed against suv.
-Then kneeded another 2x at the suv. Looks like in the butt or lower back. 😅
-Suspect supposed spits on the sheriff. We can’t see….but with all that dirt on his face I’m sure some got in his mouth‼️
-Closes the door.
-Reopens the door.
-Then punches him several times at least 4X.
-Then the other sheriff finally pulled the little Sheriff off the suspect.

I watched the video it's a shame. Fat boy was there to buy junk cars is what he said. I think the brother was the salesman and the car's might have belonged to the victim. So he got upset. I would have to if my brother was trying to sale my property. Can't be sure, I'm just guessing maybe that's what made him mad
