Always knew Billy was destined for great things from the age of 14 he was killing it at school then with local bands, his 1982 single Loud Music in Cars is worth a listen plus his time with Dave Edmunds Rockpile, great musician!!
So true, I've just sent him a comment when he sung with Sony Pierce in the Double 2 as a quest. Great to see he's still banging out the tunes, Remember the Klassics, George and the Strollers, the Royal teens, Tucker Donald, Sid and the Comanchero's, Tommy Dene and the Tremors, Stan Fraser, Bobby Vincent and Andy Lawson, what a great voice he had and the list goes on, Great times.
I have to agree...Albert is on a different planet. But with that said, I'd travel a thousand miles to see either one of them. In fact that's exactly what I'm going to do precisely that: BB is going to be in Evanston, IL in October 2024. I'm driving up from Houston to see him
