I already explain the difference between Isometric view & projection.... Please watch the videos of ORTHOGRAPHIC PROJECTION.... you will get the answer there.
Isometric view is drawn by using actual length and Isometric projection is drawn by using isometric length.
For isometric length you must have to draw the isometric scale first.
