World Earth Day Activities

Githanjalians on the eve of the world earth day emphasized the importance of environment conservation on the theme “Planet vs Plastics” that brought attention to the plastic pollution issue.
Students pledged on “Jai Shakti Abhiyan: Catch the Rain” an oath to conserve water and roared to save the planet for the future.
Grade 12 involved on a debate on the importance of lifestyle changes that can reduce carbon footprint. Grade 9 students played a skit to educate the students on principles of reduce, reuse and recycle and to practice them in their lifestyle.
