Thanks Warren! It was definitely a bit of a mission but well worth it in the end to save an 86 from being scraped and now we get to drive it! Any mods you think we should do to it next that you'd like to see?

@@denstoj The first thing is changing the valve springs and clip the rockers on the motor. The second thing is a CD009 transmission transplant. The third thing would be 17"x 9" wheels with 235/45 tires for more grip. One could also do whatever pleases themselves and enjoy the car .

@@warrenlucier5796 Yeah, you've got it. Will be replacing the green springs in this motor with the newer blue ones and adding our rocker retainers in the process. What would you be bolting up to the CD009? We were thinking just the stock TL70 but something beefier to handle a G16E-GTS in the future is also on our mind so that's actually a better idea. Yes, wheels and tyres for sure. Do you have an 86 yourself?

The value, depends on the individual. I see the pr0mise of this, and the potential in it. The effort put into it is priceless, the lessons learned are priceless. For us viewers the journey and what we take away is different but adds to our journeys...so yea I support all the way

Thanks Encinas! You're always supporting what we do. Appreciate it. We hope that you learnt something along the way too. You might not have gotten to watch the whole video just yet though :)
