Ingredients (Serves 6)
- 2 Lemons
- 75g Caster Sugar
- 520g Ice Cubes

You do realize that once you freeze that overnight. It will turn rock hard & be no good. You at least have to add an inverted sugar such as simple syrup, corn syrup, or even honey to get a sorbet texture. What you have hear is more of an icee, or slushy, or italian ice. Not a sorbet.
