    - 2 Lemons
    - 75g Caster Sugar
    - 520g Ice Cubes

    sorry..can we use honey instead of sugar? I am not sure if the sugar could be disoloved...or I should simmer the sugar to make syrup...tks

    You do realize that once you freeze that overnight. It will turn rock hard & be no good. You at least have to add an inverted sugar such as simple syrup, corn syrup, or even honey to get a sorbet texture. What you have hear is more of an icee, or slushy, or italian ice. Not a sorbet.

      Add a tbsp of vodka to keep it from freezing!

      you can put it in a tight close container that way it will keep it from freezing
