This is the first Spring I have not had to buy any allergy relief medicine
I hold my tongue to the roof of my mouth & take my index finger and press on my 3rd eye (between the eyebrows) and rotate for a couple of minutes I do this 4-5 times a day....
It's working and the pollen count has been high, I check it every day....
