    MORNING YOGA FLOW - A MELLOW INTERMEDIATE / BEGINNER-FRIENDLY CLASS
    Wake up all the parts in this 30-minute yoga session in which we respectfully move into all of the body's major angles: the shoulders, the hips, spine, and hamstrings. We move in most of the ways the body can move: lengthening, twisting, strengthening and balancing. May this be a peaceful, space-making beginning to your day.

    I love your videos, thanks for sharing. I really appreciate that you don't talk a lot. You respect the times for breathing and easily explain the postures giving the relevance to the breathing in each of them... which is an important part of the yoga.
    I like your voice but is really helpful that you don't talk a lot

    Loved your calm voice. Will come back when I'm better. As a true beginner , there wasn't a lot of instruction as how to modify the poses. Especially as a morning practice , i personally found it a little difficult. But it was truly what I aspire to become. Thanks.

    You're such an amazing teacher! Your flows are incredible! Thank you so much for all you do. I have a question, where did you receive your yoga teacher training? I have been striving to find the right place to become a yoga teacher for over a year now. Thank you so much in advance!:)

    • @LeighaButler
      @LeighaButler  5 лет назад +1

      I did my training with an awesome, humble, Ashtanga-influenced teacher in New Paltz, NY named Michael Stein. I believe he’s located in England now. Where are you? If you like this style, I’d look out for long-time teachers in the Ashtanga & Vinyasa lineage, and I’d definitely attend their classes beforehand to make sure the fit feels right. Let us know how the search goes. If you have any more questions, shoot! There’s definitely an art to teaching YTT and an art to choosing one.

      @@LeighaButler yes I've been trying to look for so long on the right teacher and place and I just am not sure. I resonate so much with your style of yoga, your flow and everything to do with it. More so than any others before. I live in Arizona in the United States. Any advice?

    I am the first one to like and comment. just one question before I do it is it a beginner or intermediate level. didn't find in the description.

    • @LeighaButler
      @LeighaButler  7 лет назад

      +Nandini Paul It’s a relatively gentle intermediate or beginner-appropriate class. Kind of mellow but it does include a couple challenging balances and opportunities to get deep.

    Hello Leigha! Thank you so much for sharing your practice with us. I adore how your flows get right into it, and they happen to be at just the right level to challenge me but not too much. Your Wild Thing to Wheel video was the first I watched and I was hooked & subscribed right away!
    Would you consider doing one or a few videos for hands-free yoga for those of us with sensitive wrists? =)
