20:32 If anyone on honor mode is struggling with this fight, how I got past it is by setting up a bunch of explosives. Oil barrels, firewine, smoke powder the works and just set them up around the boss. Believe it or not these guys will do absolutely nothing as you set up all these explosives and thankfully as powerful as the githyanki are, they can’t parry explosives.

You were a bit underleveled for the gith creche. For comparison, I'm level 7 when i go there.
that's because you skipped/didn't discover an entire area, and a pretty big one (and beautiful)
On your next run, I suggest exploring every nook and cranny and see where everything leads to, before venturing into the mountain pass area.
