Thank you for taking the time to comment with such thoughtful observations! A lot of the research, iterations etc. is something I normally do as part of my process. Like some kind of mini mad scientist. But I decided this year to also try documenting it. More tiny experiments in progress! :)

Because I’ve been drawing them the same way since I was a little kid😂 so I very much appreciate your tips on how to make mushrooms look more realistic! And I love how you gave them all purpose! Baking powder or soda in your acrylic paint gives a great texture
