I believe that I am well on the path to mastering, not letting the extenal affect my perception of myself ( consciously I don't believe the external does anymore), but the part about not letting the external interfere with or invade my kingdom, is still a work in progress. And the more I dwell on anything upsetting, the unhappier I become. Onward and upward!
